Friday night and Disco theme at the gym Im an instructor at. Tonight me and a colleague presented ShBam and Combat as combo with glitter, leg warmers and discoball! Id promised to give ShBam a chance even if danceclass is nothing I ever prefer spending my time doing if at the gym. And true enough, Im convince Im doing a good priority of my time when at the gym. Danceclass gives me nothing at all of value. Not even one sore little muscle or cardio training.
No, combat or similar is my cup of tea!!!!
But a fun disco-night at one of the best gyms!
